Planned order of Sale: Auction will start at 1PM with the restaurant equipment. At about 3:00 PM we will sell the vehicles, then continue with the remainder of items to be sold.

Buyer's premium: No buyers premium will be added to purchases.
Sales tax: All purchases subject to KY 6% sales tax, unless proper documentation is presented on day of auction showing specific exemption to such tax.
Payment: Cash, Visa & MasterCard or a good personal or certified check with valid ID. on day of sale. All checks over $1,000.00 require a bank letter of guarantee. 

Vehicles: All vehicles shall be paid for in full on day of sale by cash or personal check. Transfer of title and possession will be provided upon receipt of cash equivalent funds and evidence of title in buyer’s name. No credit cards.

As is - where is: All property is sold "as is-where is" with no guarantees or warranties regarding 
condition or fit for purpose. 
Removal of Purchases: Day of auction until 2 hours after sale ends, and on Thursday, September 29th, until 4 PM. and by appointment on Friday, September 30th. Any items left after 4 PM Friday, September 30th, shall be considered abandoned and discarded at the discretion of the Auctioneer. 
Pre-auction inspection: Items may be previewed beginning at 12:00 PM on day of auction. 
Directions to auction site: I-65 to I-64 west, to exit 3, 22nd street south, to Jefferson street,
west, to the warehouse, located 1/2 block east of 30th street on Jefferson Street.
