Payment: All purchases must be paid for on day of sale cash, good personal check with valid ID, Mastercard, or VISA. Out of state checks over $1,000 require bank letter of guarantee or equivalent suitable to auctioneer. No buyer’s premium: No buyer’s premium will be used on personal property. Inspection: Property may be inspected beginning 9:00 am on day of auction. As is-where is: All property is sold “as is-where is” with no guarantees or warranties regarding condition or purpose. Removal of Purchases: All property should be removed by 3:00 PM on day of auction or later by appointment with Auctioneer. Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless proper documentation is presented to Auctioneer on auction day showing exemption from such tax. Auction Location: From I-65 south of Louisville, take the Brooks exit (Exit 121) right on Hwy. 1526 W 1/2 mile to Hwy. 1020, go south 2.1 miles, turn right on Hwy. 2673 (W. Blue Lick Rd.) and go 1/2 mile to auction site. |
