Terms and Conditions Payment: All purchases must be paid for in full during or at the conclusion of the auction by cash, good check with acceptable ID, Mastercard, or VISA.
No Buyer’s Premium: The buyer’s premium is not in effect for this auction.
As-is Where-is: All goods are sold “as-is” & “where-is” with no guarantees or warranties implied or expressed including, but not limited to, merchantability and/or fitness for particular purpose.
Descriptions: All descriptions, including measurements, are believed accurate and complete, however they are not guaranteed.
Removal: All items must be removed after the auction or on Fri. Jan. 13th or Mon. Jan. 16th 9 am - 5 pm, or Tues. Jan. 17th and Wed. 18th by appointment. Items may not be removed until paid for in full and a receipt presented to auction check-out personnel.
Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless proper documentation is presented to Wardlow Auctions, Inc. on auction day showing exemption from such tax.

15. Untitled Wood Using the color changes of the woods Mr. Fields created a small, perfectly balanced, abstract piece. Resting on a black wood base, which is integrated into the piece, the lightest form seems to encompass the dark brown ball that floats between the wave shape. The simplicity of the forms belies the extraordinary rhythm of this piece. |
