Auction Terms, Conditions and General Information Planned order of Sale: Auction will start at 10 AM with the better glassware and smalls. Guns and fishing equipment will sell at approx. 11:30. Will start selling furniture at about 12 noon. Times are approximate. Payment: All purchases must be paid for in full on day of sale by cash, good personal check with valid ID, Mastercard, or VISA. Sale terms on firearms: The handgun must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer. Buyer will be required to undergo the national background check prior to getting possession. No buyer’s premium: No buyer’s premium will be used on personal property. Inspection: Property may be inspected beginning 9:00 am on day of auction. As is-where is: All property is sold “as is-where is” with no guarantees or warranties regarding condition or fit for purpose. Removal of Purchases: All property should be removed by 5:00 PM on day of auction or later by appointment with Auctioneer. Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless proper documentation is presented to Auctioneer on auction day showing exemption from such tax. Directions: From the Watterson Expressway (I-264) take Newburg Rd. south (exit 15B), go to the third stoplight past the Watterson and turn left onto Meadowcreek. Auction site is 1/2 block down on the left. . Food service will be available. |
