PaymentAll purchases must be paid for in full on day of sale by cash, good personal check with valid ID, Mastercard, or VISA. Out of state checks over $1,000.00 require a bank letter of “guarantee” or acceptable equivalent.

No buyer’s premium: No buyer’s premium.

Inspection:  Property may be inspected beginning at 11:00 AM on day of auction.

As is-where isAll property is sold “as is-where is” with no guarantees or warranties regarding condition or fit for purpose. 

Removal of PurchasesHours for removal will be Wednesday, for 2 hours after sale ends and Thursday and Friday from 9AM - 4 PM. Later by appointment if necessary. 

Sales TaxAll purchases are subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless proper documentation is presented to Auctioneer on auction day showing exemption from such tax. 

Directions:  From I-264 (Watterson Expressway), take Hwy 42 east (exit 22) , go east approximately 7/10 mile, turn right on Lime Kiln Ln., and go 2/10 mile to auction site on the left (next to TGI Fridays)
