Auction Terms, Conditions, and Information
Buyer’s Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final contract selling price. Down Payment: The buyer shall make a $2,500.00 down payment immediately following the auction. The down payment may be made by cash, certified check, or good personal check. Closing: Closing shall occur on or before July 30th 2006. Inspections: The property will be open for inspection on Sun. June 11th 2-4 pm & Tues. June 13th 4-6 pm, and on auction day beginning at 5:30 pm. Property is also available for inspection by appointment, phone Joe Gribbins at 550-7045. Conditions of Sale: The property is being sold in “as is” condition with no conditions or contingencies of any kind other than the required confirmation of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Any inspections are welcome, but must be completed prior to auction and are not a condition of sale. Announcements: Additional terms and conditions will be made at the beginning of the auction.
