Directions: From Louisville take Bardstown Rd. thru Fern Creek into Bullitt County, proceed to Highway 44 (at The McDonalds) and turn right onto Hwy. 44 West. Proceed 4 blocks to the traffic light and turn right onto Old Bardstown Rd., proceed 4 blocks past Stouts Building Center. Flatlick Rd. runs behind the Dairy Queen. Auction site is approx. 1.6 miles from the Dairy Queen, .3 of a mile past the Bethany Baptist Church, and 1 block past Wales Run and the entrance of Washington Heights at Pierce Ave.

Personal Property Terms and Conditions
Payment: All purchases must be paid for in full during or at the conclusion of the auction by cash, good personal check with acceptable ID, Mastercard, or VISA.
As-is Where-is: All goods are sold “as-is” & “where-is” with no guarantees or warranties implied or expressed including, but not limited to, merchantability and/or fitness for particular purpose.
No Buyer’s Premium: The buyer’s premium is not in effect for the personal property.
Inspection: Items may be inspected Auction Day 9:00 a.m.
Removal: All items must be removed during or after the auction. Or by appointment.
Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless proper documentation is presented to Wardlow Auctions, Inc. on auction day showing exemption from such tax.
