Buyer’s Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final contract selling price.  Down Payment: The buyer shall make a $15,000.00 down payment immediately following the real estate auction.  The down payment may be made by cash, certified check, or good personal check.  Closing: Closing shall occur on or before November 21st, 2006.  Inspections: The real estate will be open for inspection on Tues. Oct. 10th 10 am -2 pm & Tues.
