(Sample bank letter below) All sales are final. Buyer’s Premium: The buyer’s premium is not in effect for the personal property. Inspection: Items may be inspected Fri. Oct. 20th 10:00 am - 6:00 pm and 8:30 am auction day. As-is Where-is: All goods are sold “as-is” & “where-is” with no guarantees or warranties implied or expressed including, but not limited to, merchantability and/or fitness for particular purpose. Removal: Items may be removed on auction day until 4:00 pm or on Sun. Oct. 22nd 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Mon. Oct. 23rd & Tues. Oct.24th 9:00 am - 4:00 pm or Wed. Oct.25th by appointment. Items may not be moved or removed until paid for and a receipt presented to auction check-out personnel. Buyers are responsible the proper “workman like” disconnect and removal of all purchased items. Descriptions: All descriptions are believed accurate and complete, however they are not guaranteed. Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless proper documentation is presented to Wardlow Auctions, Inc. on auction day showing exemption from such tax.
