Building and Restaurant Information
The building consists of approximately 8250 s.f. with approximately 7200 s.f . on the first floor. and the balance on the second floor. There is also an outdoor patio of approximately 40 ft. x 20ft.
The second floor may be accessed from the outside or a pull-down staircase on the inside. It consists of approximately a 15 ft. x 22 ft. office area, 2 restrooms, hallway, and storage room.
The first floor consists of a bar area, dining area, dual purpose dining & waiting area, and kitchen. Based on a sign posted by the fire marshal, the capacity is 195 persons. The bar area consists of a 21ft. x 9 ft. rectangular bar. Hanging over the bar are see-through liquor display/storage cabinets. Table seating is also available in the bar area. The dining areas consist of four open but somewhat separate areas making it conducive to accommodate small groups. The main dining room has a vaulted and beamed ceiling and a large gray, rough cut, stone fireplace approximately 7’ h x 8’ w creating a relaxing, lodge-like, dining atmosphere.
