Auction Terms, Conditions and General Information PERSONAL PROPERTY Payment: All purchases must be paid for on day of sale cash, good personal check with valid ID, Mastercard, or VISA. Out of state checks over $1,000 require bank letter of guarantee or equivalent suitable to auctioneer. No buyer’s premium: No buyer’s premium will be used on personal property. Inspection: Property may be inspected beginning 9:00 am on day of auction. As is-where is: All property is sold “as is-where is” with no guarantees or warranties regarding condition or purpose. Removal of Purchases: All property should be removed by 4:00 PM on day of auction or later by appointment with Auctioneer. Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless proper documentation is presented to Auctioneer on auction day showing exemption from such tax. Auction Location: From the Watterson Expy. (I-264), north on Preston Hwy. approx. 1 mile, turn right on Audubon Pkwy., proceed about 4/10 mile to Oriole Dr., turn right and proceed to auction site. |
