Auction Terms, Conditions, and Information
Buyer’s Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final contract selling price. Down Payment: The buyer shall make a $15,000.00 down payment immediately following the auction. The down payment may be made by cash, certified check, or good personal check. Closing: Closing shall occur on or before July 16th 2007. Inspections: The property will be open for inspection on Thur. June 7th from 5 - 7 pm, on Sun. June 10th from 2 - 4 pm, and on auction day beginning at 9:00 am. Property is also available for inspection by appointment, phone Rita Marsh at 419-6698 or Joe Gribbins at 550-7045. Conditions of Sale: The property is being sold in “as is” condition with no conditions or contingencies of any kind. Any home inspections, etc. are welcome, but must be completed prior to auction and are not a condition of sale. Broker Participation: Broker/Agent participation is welcome.
