Auction Terms, Conditions and General Information
Note—We will run 2 auction rings. The first ring will start at 10 o’clock with the small items. The second ring will start at approximately 11:00 AM with the brush mower and furniture. Payment: All purchases must be paid for on day of sale cash, good personal check with valid ID, Mastercard, or VISA. Out of state checks over $1,000 require bank letter of guarantee or equivalent suitable to auctioneer. No buyer’s premium: No buyer’s premium will be used on personal property. Inspection: Property may be inspected beginning 8:00 am on day of auction. As is-where is: All property is sold “as is-where is” with no guarantees or warranties regarding condition or purpose. Removal of Purchases: All property should be removed by 5:00 PM on day of auction, Sunday, August 5th 2-4 PM or Monday by appointment with Auctioneer. Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless proper documentation is presented to Auctioneer on auction day showing exemption from such tax.
