Terms and Conditions Court Order: This auction is being conducted pursuant to a Federal Bankruptcy Court Order, Case No. 07-31574. Minimum Starting Bid: By court order this truck has a minimum starting bid of $6,000. Payment: The truck must be paid for in full at the conclusion of the auction by cash or guaranteed funds. A personal check with acceptable ID will be acceptable, but only to hold until the next morning when it must be replaced with cash or guaranteed funds. The truck must be paid for with cash or guaranteed funds and transferred with proof of transfer prior to removal. Inspection: Items may be inspected Sun. August 26th 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Mon. August 27th 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm, and auction day 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm. As-is Where-is: The truck is sold “as-is” & “where-is” with no guarantees or warranties implied or expressed including, but not limited to, merchantability and/or fitness for particular purpose. Buyer’s Premium: The buyer’s premium is not in effect for this auction. Removal: The truck must be paid for with cash or guaranteed funds and transferred with proof of transfer prior to removal. Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless proper documentation is presented to Wardlow Auctions, Inc. on auction day showing exemption from such tax.
