Out of state checks over $1,000 require bank letter of guarantee or equivalent suitable to auctioneer. No buyer’s premium: No buyer’s premium will be used on personal property. Inspection: Property may be inspected beginning 9:00 am on day of auction. As is-where is: All property is sold “as is-where is” with no guarantees or warranties regarding condition or purpose. Removal of Purchases: All property should be removed by 3:00 PM on day of auction or later by appointment with Auctioneer.
