Personal Property Terms and Conditions

Payment: All purchases must be paid for in full during or at the conclusion of the auction by cash, good personal check with acceptable ID, MasterCard, or VISA. All vehicles must be paid for with cash, guaranteed funds, or MasterCard/Visa and transferred with proof of transfer prior to removal. Inspection: Items may be inspected Sun. Feb. 24th 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Tues. Feb. 26th 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm, and 9:00 am auction day . As-is Where-is: All goods are sold “as-is” & “where-is” with no guarantees or warranties implied or expressed including, but not limited to, merchantability and/or fitness for particular purpose. Buyer’s Premium: The buyer’s premium is not in effect for the personal property. Removal: All items must be removed after the auction, except the vehicles, or by appointment. All vehicles must be paid for with cash, guaranteed funds, or MasterCard/Visa and transferred with proof of transfer prior to removal. Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless proper documentation is presented to Wardlow Auctions, Inc. on auction day showing exemption from such tax. Announcements: Additional terms, conditions, and announcements will be announced at the beginning of the auction.
