Down Payment: The buyer shall make a down payment of $10,000 immediately following the auction. The down payment may be made by certified check or a good personal check. Closing: Closing shall occur on or before May 29, 2008. Inspections: The real estate will be open for inspection Sunday, April 20th from 2-4 PM.
