Personal Property Terms and Conditions Payment: All purchases must be paid for in full during or at the conclusion of the auction by cash, good personal check with acceptable ID, MasterCard, or VISA. The truck, boat & trailer, and station wagon must be paid for with cash or guaranteed funds and transferred with proof of transfer prior to removal. Inspection: Items may be inspected Tues. May 20th 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Tues. May 27th 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, and 4:00 pm auction day . As-is Where-is: All goods are sold “as-is” & “where-is” with no guarantees or warranties implied or expressed including, but not limited to, merchantability and/or fitness for particular purpose. Buyer’s Premium: The buyer’s premium is not in effect for the personal property. Removal: All items must be removed after the auction, except the vehicles and boat, or by appointment.
