Buyer’s Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final contract selling price.  Down Payment: The buyer shall make a $6,000.00 down payment immediately following the auction.  The down payment may be made by cash, certified check, or good personal check. Closing: Closing shall occur on or before July 11th, 2008.  Conditions of Sale: The property is being sold in “as is” condition with no conditions or contingencies of any kind.  Any home inspections, etc. are welcome, but must be completed prior to auction and are not a condition of sale.  Broker Participation: Broker/Agent participation is welcome.
