Auction Terms, Conditions and General Information Payment: All purchases must be paid for on day of sale cash, good personal check with valid ID, Mastercard, or VISA. Out of state checks over $1,000 require bank letter of guarantee or equivalent suitable to auctioneer. No buyer’s premium: No buyer’s premium will be used on personal property. Inspection: Property may be inspected Friday, June 27th from 6-8 PM and beginning 8:00 AM on day of auction. As is-where is: All property is sold “as is-where is” with no guarantees or warranties regarding condition or purpose.
