Conditions of Sale:  The property is being offered in “as is” condition with no conditions or contingencies of any kind.  Any inspections should be completed prior to auction and is not a condition of sale.

Auction Location:  From I-65 take exit 135 and proceed west on St. Catherine St.   The property is located on the left side of the street just past 5th Street.

Owner reserves the right to accept offers and declare the property sold prior to the stated ending time of the auction.

Auction Terms, Conditions and General Information

Buyer’s Premium:  A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to determine final contract selling price.

Down Payment:  The buyer shall make a down payment of $8,000 immediately following the auction.  The down payment may be made by certified check, wired funds, Mastercard or VISA.

Closing:  Balance of payment due at closing on or before September 30, 2008.

Inspection:  Auctioneers will be on site Wed. Aug . 13th, from 1-3 PM for those wanting to inspect the property.
