Buyer’s Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final contract selling price. Purchase Contract: The winning bidder must sign a Real Estate Purchase Contract immediately following the auction. A copy of this contract will also be posted and available for review at the open house. Down Payment: The buyer shall make a down payment of $5,000 immediately following the auction. The down payment may be made by cashier’s check, certified check, personal check, wired funds, MasterCard or VISA. Closing: Closing shall occur on or before November 17, 2008. Inspection: Auctioneers will be on site Thursday, October 9, from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM for those wanting to inspect the property.
