Auction Terms, Conditions and General Information PERSONAL PROPERTY
Note: We will likely run two auction rings for part of the day. One auction ring for the tools and tool related items. Another auction ring for the collectibles and household items.
Payment: All purchases must be paid for on day of sale by cash, good personal check with valid ID, Mastercard, or VISA. Out of state checks over $1,000 require bank letter of guarantee or equivalent suitable to auctioneer. No buyer’s premium: No buyer’s premium will be used on personal property. Inspection: Property may be inspected beginning 8:30 AM on day of auction. As is-where is: All property is sold “as is-where is” with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Car Sales: Cash equivalent funds and transfer of title required before taking possession of vehicles. Gun Sales: Non-FFLicensed hand gun buyers may be subject to Federal background check and transfer through FFL dealer. Guns will not be on premises until day of auction. Removal of Purchases: All property should be removed by 5:00 PM on day of auction or later by appointment with Auctioneer. Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless proper documentation is presented to Auctioneer on auction day showing exemption from such tax. Auction Location / Directions: From I-64, go north on Cannons Lane, half mile, left onto Old Cannons Lane and go approx. to blocks. Located at the corner of Old Cannons Ln. and Chamberry. |
