Real Estate Auction Onsite Terms & Conditions
Buyer’s Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final contract selling price. Down Payment: The buyer shall make a $10,000.00 down payment immediately following the auction. The down payment may be made by cash, certified check, or good personal check. Closing: Closing shall occur on or before May 7th, 2009. Inspections: The property will be open for inspection on Sunday March 15th and March 22nd from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., and on auction day beginning at 9:00 a.m. The patio home is also available for inspection by appointment, phone Joe Gribbins at 502 550-7045. Conditions of Sale: The property is being sold in “as is” condition with no conditions or contingencies of any kind. Any home inspections, etc. are welcome, but must be completed prior to auction and are not a condition of sale.
