What is a Dual Bid Auction? A Dual Bid Auction is the combination of a sealed-bid and live auction. The procedure requires participants to bid by sealed bid, with the top 5 bidders given the opportunity to bid openly at the oral auction. Participants receive their sealed bid packages, make their desired inspections, and turn in their sealed bids by the opening date. The top 5 bidders will be immediately notified of the date, time, and location of the live auction—within a few days of opening of the sealed bids. Seller reserve the right to accept the highest Sealed Bid and declare the property Sold. See page 2 for terms & conditions. |
