Real Estate Auction Onsite Terms & Conditions

 

Buyer’s Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to determine final contract selling price.

Down Payment: The buyer shall make a $7,500.00 down payment immediately following the auction of the real estate.  The down payment may be made by cash, certified check, or good personal check.

Closing: Balance of purchase price due at closing on or before July 16th, 2009.

Conditions of Sale: The property is being sold in “as is” condition with no conditions or contingencies of any kind.  Any home inspections, etc. are welcome, but must be completed prior to auction and are not a condition of sale.

Broker/Realtor Participation: A Broker or agent whose client is the real estate buyer may be entitled to a  2% broker participation fee. Restrictions apply. Click here to obtain Broker/Realtor Participation Form

Bidding: Advanced online bidding will be available prior to June16th with simultaneous auction day bidding onsite and online.

Simultaneous Bidding: Bids for the real estate may be made live, in person at the auction site Tuesday, June 16th, at 6:30 pm. Bids may also be submitted at the Emily Rd. RE Online Bidding Website.  All bids will be kept live and updated online. Bidding will conclude when no additional live or online bids are made as of the live auction Tuesday, June 16th at 6:30 pm.

Announcements: Additional terms, conditions, and announcements will be made at the beginning of the auction.
