Auction Terms, Conditions and General Information PERSONAL PROPERTY
Payment: All purchases must be paid for on day of sale by cash, good personal check with valid ID, Mastercard, or VISA. Out of state checks over $1,000 require bank letter of guarantee or equivalent suitable to auctioneer. No buyer’s premium will be used on personal property. Inspection: Property may be inspected beginning 9:00 AM on day of auction. As is-where is: All property is sold “as is-where is” with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Removal of Purchases: All property should be removed by 4:00 PM on day of auction or later by appointment with Auctioneer. Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless proper documentation is presented to Auctioneer on auction day showing exemption from such tax. Auction Location / Directions: From I-265 (Gene Snyder Expy.) take Bardstown Rd (exit 17) west, go approx. 1 mile and turn right on Fern Creek Rd. or Kentucky St. and go approx. 1/2 mile to site. If coming from the east on Bardstown Rd., turn left on Kentucky St. and continue straight onto Fern Creek Rd. Proceed to auction site. |
