Absentee Bid Agreement
1) I hereby authorize your or your
representative to place the following bids on my behalf on the items described
below. 2) I am aware of the terms and conditions of this auction and if declared
the winning bidder I agree to abide by those terms and conditions. 3) I
acknowledge that the Auctioneer’s acceptance of absentee bids is for the
convenience of the bidder, and thus I shall not hold the Auctioneer responsible
for failing to execute such bids or for errors relating to the execution of
bids. 4) Seller and Absentee Bidder acknowledges that in placing absentee bids,
the Auctioneer and staff shall be acting as a dual agent for the Seller and the
Absentee Bidder.
Note:
1) All absentee bids must be for a
minimum of $50.00 per item.
2) All absentee bids must be in $5 increments (ie. $55, $90, $225, $305, etc)
3) The absentee bids will be placed during the auction for the full amount of
the bid.
4) In the event of tie bids (bids of identical amount), the on-site bidder or
the first received absentee bid, shall take precedence.
5) A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning faxed or internet absentee
bids to
determine the final selling price of the item purchased.
6) Kentucky sales tax (6%) will be added to all winning bids unless the winning
bidder is a resale dealer of items of the type being purchased and provides
Auctioneer with satisfactory documentation evidencing their status as a dealer
and declaration that the are buying the
item(s) for resale.
7) No purchases will be shipped until verification of full payment has been
received.
8) In the case of the sale of all firearms see the “Terms

9) Buyer’s will be responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs. For
